Portugal 2030

The financial incentives are intended to stimulate economic development and job creation, so that Portugal can regain its growth trajectory and converge with the main European economies. Portugal 2030 and the PRR are powerful financial instruments available to companies, leveraging projects of various types and objectives.

During the course of the module, applications already submitted to these programs will be discussed (if there are already relevant calls for tender for the business community).

Trainers:

João Aranha

With a degree in Management and a Master's in Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, João Aranha began his professional career at KPMG in Lisbon, supporting clients from a wide range of sectors. He then joined the Deloitte team in London, where he worked as Assistant Manager. He joined Baker Tilly in July 2010, where he is currently a Transfer Pricing & Incentives Partner.

He is the author of several articles on financial and tax matters in national publications and a guest speaker at master's and undergraduate courses at the University of Évora, as well as a speaker at various internal and external training courses promoted by Baker Tilly.

Anabela Oliveira

Anabela Oliveira has a degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto and a post-graduate degree in Management Control and Corporate Finance from the Technical University of Lisbon (ISEG).

She began her career at Banco Santander Totta in 2007 as a commercial assistant and customer manager. He then worked as Project Manager at the National Innovation Agency - Technical and financial monitoring of R&TD projects in co-promotion and mobilization (QREN, PRIME, POCI2010): Validation of application analysis assumptions, analysis of payment requests, analysis of requests for material, physical and financial reprogramming, carrying out checks on co-financed operations, drawing up final reports, strict compliance with legal deadlines and applicable legislation.

Consultant in the area of incentives at FNWAY Consulting in 2016. He worked at IGeFE - Instituto de Gestão Financeira da Educação, I.P. in 2017, supporting the management of projects under the Human Capital Operational Program.

In October 2017 he joined Baker Tilly, where he is currently based.
